MSAC’s Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Statement & Resources

In response to the recent state of emergency regarding the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), the Maryland State Arts Council (MSAC) continues to follow announcements from Governor Larry Hogan and the Maryland Department of Health (MDH). For information about COVID-19 and updates regarding cases in Maryland, visit the MDH’s COVID-19 website

At the Maryland Department of Commerce, which includes MSAC, the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) has been revisited and revised to ensure a safe working environment for employees and to ensure minimal disruption of services to all constituents.

We know the arts community may be directly impacted by this unforeseen situation. At MSAC, the staff may be able to provide constituents with resources and support they may need during this time. For additional information about MSAC programs, visit msac.org and contact the associated Program Director.

Please stay tuned to MDH and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) websites for more information.
