Midge Ingersoll

Midge Ingersoll is a founding trustee and former president of the Nanticoke Historic Preservation Alliance, Inc., dedicated to preserving the heritage of the Handsell Historic Site, a plantation house telling the unique story of Native, colonial British, and African American contact in Dorchester County. Midge is also a member and former Chair of the Heart of Chesapeake Country Heritage Area, as well as an accomplished artist specializing in architectural and historic renderings, fine art painting, logos, and other graphic work. She is the winner of several awards focusing on historic preservation, and community development and leadership.
