Judy Kwon is a registrar with the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service. She is a panelist for MSAC Public Art Across Maryland grants. She moved to Maryland from Texas in September 2018 and currently resides in Annapolis. While in Austin, she managed public art commission and collections management projects for the City of Austin's Art in Public Places program. She worked as an associate registrar for the Menil Collection in Houston and served on grant review panels in the visual arts organizations category for the Cultural Arts Council of Houston/Harris County (now Houston Arts Alliance). Judy received her BFA in painting and BA in art/art history from Rice University in Houston, Texas.
