As a designated A&E District, Downtown Frederick Partnership and the Frederick Arts Council work together to offer public art and creative placemaking, encourage community involvement, develop and promote tourism and revitalization through tax-related incentives, and work to attract artists, arts organizations and other creative enterprises to Downtown Frederick.
