Maryland State Arts Council Adopts New Funding Formula for Grants for Organizations Program

Changes to be implemented in FY2024, aligning MSAC’s largest funding program with equitable practices.

Deadline Extended: Call for Editors - Folklife Apprenticeship & Heritage Award

Deadline extended! As MSAC staff begin revisions to the Folklife Apprenticeship and Heritage Award programs, we need editors from across the state! Editors review current policies and procedures and recommend changes that ensure equity, transparency, and access in MSAC programs.

Network Organizational Development (NOD) Grant Program Panelists

Apply to be a panelist and serve a vital role in Maryland’s arts sector! MSAC relies on a diverse array of experts from across the state of Maryland to do the important work of evaluating applications. We invite participation through program-specific public calls for panelists, and we select panelists with a focus on diversity of experiences, diversity of location, and expertise in varying artistic disciplines.
