Shaunte Roper joined the Maryland State Arts Council in July, 2019, and holds the position of Fiscal Officer. With more than 10 years of progressive experience as an accountant, she has developed solid accounting skills. Her most outstanding qualities are her diligence about resolving problems, communicating with people and being totally transparent, trustworthy, hardworking and honest.
