The Maryland Performing Artist Touring Roster includes a group of 59 professional, Maryland-based performing artists that are available to be presented by Maryland arts organizations at reduced cost—thanks to the MSAC’s accompanying Maryland Touring Grant.

The 13 new artists on the Touring Roster represent a range of talent in the performing arts, including renowned storyteller Noa Baum, the internationally known Beijing Guitar Duo (pictured) and Christopher K. Morgan & Artists, a professional contemporary dance company that explores social and cultural issues.

The Maryland Touring Grant, which is currently open for applications, helps subsidize the presentation of any performer on the Maryland Performing Artist Touring Roster. Touring Roster artists are selected through a peer-review application process and evaluated on the basis of artistic merit and history of successful touring engagements. The deadline to apply is Wednesday, April 30 at 5:00pm.
