Film, Literary Arts
Artist StatementI mostly write love stories and poems from the Chinese American perspective.
I was born in Shanghai, China. I wrote since I was fourteen years old. Later I came to U.S for further education and received my PhD degree in Genetics from Columbia University. Now I work as a research scientist in Maryland and write when I can find free time. I published a short story in an Asian American Anthropology titled “On a bed of rice”, edited by Geraldine Kudaka, with a Foreword by Russell Leong. And I also published two novels in mainland China between 2009 – 2013.
Now I am writing short stories and poems in English.
