Tyde-Courtney Edwards is a classically trained ballerina, art model, and founding director of Ballet After Dark, LLC.- an organization that provides ballet-based, self-care workshops to survivors of domestic and sexual assualt, athletic conditioning courses and open dance classes to the public. The organization is concierge operating throughout multiple studios throughout the city. She's a graduate of The Baltimore School for the Arts Dance Department and has studied under various prestigious institutions such as Peabody, Washington School of Ballet, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, Debbie Allen Dance Academy and more. She is well versed in the Vagonova style of ballet, Horton, Limon, Dunham and Graham modern techniques as well as hip hop, tap and jazz. She is currently a resident of Baltimore City.
