The Master Plan
Kia Green is more than just a name, and more than a person. She stands as a symbol of striving for your dreams and achieving them. Starting out knowing that the climb from the ground up wouldn't be easy, she used her ambition to fuel her, by letting her passion lead her. Although she didn't have much, she didn't worry about her means to get things done. She used objects, which surrounded her, to her advantage. Grabbing cardboard to convey her emotions onto, expressing how she felt, too doodling on pieces of paper (was her start). At the age of 21, as a guest at a housewarming celebration, was when she tapped deeper into her niche. Overhearing conversation of the host seeking to find an artist to craft a piece on there wall, she grew inspirited. Without any direction from the homeowners, Kia Green painted a little girl in a 1600's inspired garments; piece, and astonished (or amazed) everyone. Now when Kia feels positive vibes she goes and flourishes. She packs up her brushes and acrylic set, searching for a busy area in the city, then she creates freely outside. Her inspiration comes from all types of influences. From Nature to Music. Letting her pain, beauty, and dreams collide together in her art. She is mostly inspired by artists Frida Kahlo, Vladimir Kush, Salvador Dali, & Kahinde Wiley.
Kia Green accredits her talents to her rough experiences growing up, and to her Mother Michelle Brinkley. Whose relationship and bond is stronger now, more than ever. Her mission is to appropriately lead her younger sister's, Adjoa and Christian, (by leading a trail of legacy, and perseverance through art).
