Artist Statement

The intimate, awkward and vulnerable spaces in which we mentally and physically occupy are the stories that are often told within my paintings and photographs. Abstract landscapes become personal narratives of the gray areas within my inner workings while figurative paintings and photographs capture vulnerable moments among others that are often behind the scenes and unseen.
