Kendra-Kopelke is author of four books of poems, most recently, Hopper's Women, a collection based on the paintings of Edward Hopper. Her poems have appeared in many literary journlas, including The Little Patuxent Review, Calyx, and The Cortland Review. She is co-editor of Passager Books and Passager journal, dedicated to publishing the work of older writers. Along with Mary Azrael, she is co-editor of two anthologies: Burning Bright: Passager Celebrates 21 Years, and Keeping Time: 150 Years of Journal Writing. Most recently, Passager Books published a debut collection of poems by 100-year-old Henry Morgenthau III, who started writing poetry when he was 93. She directs the MFA in Creative Writing & Publishing Arts at the University of Baltimore.
