Artist StatementI have always been fascinated by the interplay between scale and intimacy, small works as well as large. There is an enveloping sensibility about the two extremes; they are worlds you must enter, not confront. The imagery comes out of longing: somewhere from another’s memory, which in turn, becomes one’s own.
