Artist Statement

I paint joyful and often humorous paintings on refurbished windows and other framed glass.

Artist Bio

My medium of choice is glass and wood. Most often, I obtain discarded windows or glass doors; I refinish the wood frames and use the glass as my canvass, painting landscapes or portraits or still life. I often also used discarded picture frames and paint on the glass.

I started this painting in the Spring of 2016. I am a retiree, very active in community work. Throughout my life I have demonstrated an artistic nature but did not pursue any specific path. When I discovered painting on glass, all that changed.
