Challenge America

Th Challenge America program provides funds for new or expanded program activities that assist County Arts Councils in reaching out to Maryland artists and/or audiences who lack the opportunity to participate fully in the arts. Funds must directly benefit families and communities and may not be used for administrative or overhead costs.
