Artist StatementOnce upon a time, a high school English teacher realized that she had something to say that could not be expressed by words, and it wasn’t just one thing; it was an infinite number of things, some she hadn’t even yet realized she wanted to say. She decided to be brave and dipped a brush into a small wet glob of paint. Then she moved it across a blank canvas in a smooth and silent stroke, and something magical happened. She was transformed into something she never knew she could be. She lived artfully ever after.
