Artist StatementMy love of photography was sparked 45 years ago as a preteen while browsing the pages of Life Magazine. I love "shooting" as well as the endless ways of creating the final image now available via Photoshop. My subjects are very diversified however most of my work reflects my life on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Photographing dogs is near and dear to my heart and has been much of my commission work.
Dale Hall started her photography career in her mid teens and is still at it forty plus years later. She studied at the New England School of Photography in 1977 and 1978 and has worked in many facets of the field since then. Her work is very diverse but for the past couple of decades she has promoted her people and pet work around Marylands' Eastern Shore for which she has won numerous awards. You will find her work in Kent Island galleries and giftshops.
Dale lives on Kent Island is is forever photographing the beautiful local scenery the area has to offer with it's magnificent sunsets and nautical compositions, not to mention all the abundant waterfowl. She has built up quite an impressive stock of Chesapeake Bay images.
